Recent news about Off-White™ is all about joint collaboration shoes. For example, the heavyweight Air Jordan 4 “Sail” was recently exposed by the famous skater Erik Arteaga.
Back to the essence of Off-White™ clothing, the latest release of the 2020 early autumn men’s series, Virgil Abloh, founder of Off-White™, reinvents the traditional combination to reshape fashion at the office.
The design is inspired by contemporary artist Robert Longo’s iconic artwork “Men in the Cities” in the 1980s, actor in the artwork finds out today’s workplace structure has been completely reversed, and the office fashion has also been given a new social meaning.
Models figured out the office worker’s posture in the “Men in the Cities” book, interpreted by the office background, and the overall design was supplemented by various patterns, such as Italian-style murals, “Mona Lisa” portraits, off-road motorcycle racing tracks layout etc, creating a neat fashion style that fits well in office.
“Off-White™ is no longer a new brand,” Abloh said. “I want to accelerate the transformation of menswear. I’m interested in leather and slimmer silhouettes. Exploring a different man’s image and reversing the brand makes me feel liberated. I have entered a new stage.”
