Why Nike Air Force 1 is the most iconic sneakers of all time?

Air Force 1 is one of the true classics that consistently worn by both sneakerheads and general public. The white Air Force 1 low has consistently been the most popular shoe over the years.

The Air Force 1 has a long history and it all starts at the year of 1982, when the shoe was first released.

History of Air Force 1

Air Force 1 was designed by Bruce Kilgore, a Nike designer, in 1982. The name is a reference to Air Force One, the plane that carries the President of the United States. The shoe comes in 5 different styles, low, mid, superlow, high, and super high.

Air Force 1 was initially produced in 1982 but was soon discontinued in 1984. After 2 years it was re-released with the modern italic Nike logo with a Swoosh on the bottom on the back of the shoe. Although the shoe comes in over 1,700 color variations, the most common sold style is white on white low.
